About Women Build

Bringing together women of all backgrounds and experience levels, the Women Build program creates an empowering space on construction sites for women to gain new skills, build community, and work alongside Habitat families to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership.

How To Get Involved

START A TEAM

Grab a group of 10 amazing friends, coworkers, and/or family members and work together to raise a team goal of $2,500 for one day on the build site and one educational workshop.

TEAM REGISTRATION

JOIN A TEAM

If you want to get involved but don’t have a team- don’t sweat it! Simply register as an individual for $250 and we will assign you to a team with an open slot. You will then get one day on the build site and one educational workshop with your new team.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Women Build is a big endeavor that requires a lot of community support. If you are interested in helping teach workshops, donating tools, sponsoring, or supporting a Women Build team, click the link below.

Learn New Skills: Construction Workshops

When you register or sponsor a build day, you’ll automatically receive complimentary access to an educational workshop that aligns with your build day activity. A member of our staff will contact you to schedule your workshop. Any remaining workshop spots will be opened to the public for a $25 registration fee, with available dates listed below as they become available.
